The CRISPI FORST GTX lightweight Class 2 chainsaw boots are purpose-built footwear designed to offer optimal safety and comfort for professionals working in forestry and logging industries. These boots prioritise protection against chainsaw-related injuries while ensuring the wearer can navigate rugged terrains with ease.

One of the standout features of the FORST GTX boots is their adherence to safety standards. They are equipped with a chainsaw protective layer that wraps around the entire boot, providing reliable coverage and shielding against accidental contact with chainsaws or other cutting equipment. This layer is composed of cut-resistant materials that effectively reduce the risk of severe injuries.

Despite their robust protective features, the FORST GTX boots are designed with lightweight materials to minimise fatigue and maximize comfort during long work shifts. The combination of durable fabrics and advanced technologies allows for enhanced mobility and flexibility without compromising safety.

The boots feature a Gore-Tex® membrane, which provides excellent waterproofing capabilities to keep the feet dry in wet and demanding environments. The membrane also ensures breathability, allowing moisture and perspiration to escape, thereby preventing discomfort and maintaining a comfortable internal climate.

The outsole of the CRISPI FORST GTX boots is a Vibram® MEGAGRIP, renowned for its exceptional grip and traction on various surfaces. This high-quality outsole is specifically designed to deliver stability and prevent slips and falls, even on slippery or uneven terrains encountered in the forestry industry.

The ergonomic design of the FORST GTX boots ensures a snug and secure fit, offering ample ankle support and stability. The boots are designed to allow natural movement while still maintaining proper protection and comfort. The lacing system provides adjustability, enabling a personalised fit to accommodate individual preferences and foot sizes.

CRISPI has incorporated additional features to enhance durability and extend the lifespan of the boots. Reinforced toe caps and heel counters provide extra protection against impacts and abrasions, while the construction of the boots is engineered to withstand the demanding conditions endured with forestry work.

Overall, the CRISPI FORST GTX lightweight chainsaw boots are a reliable choice for professionals in the forestry and logging industry. Combining robust safety features, lightweight design, waterproofing capabilities, and superior traction, these boots offer the necessary protection and comfort to tackle the challenges of the job while minimising the risk of injuries.

Need to manage warmth & sweat?

To take full advantage of these boots, invest in a pair of Woolpower merino wool socks. They range from wool content of 200 to 800 (the 800 is mega warm). Most people would use a 200 or 400 Woolpower sock, but if you do suffer from cold feet, you could try a thicker 600 or 800 sock. The 200 sock with these boots will add additional comfort, warmth and allow your feet to breath. During warmer weather, the Woolpower Liner socks are brilliant at reducing sweat and overheating.
