Every item is checked by us before being shipped to you. However, problems can occasionally occur with electronic equipment, which is why we have a very simple and transparent procedure for returns. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

If you suspect a product to be faulty, please call us and we will try to diagnose the issue over the phone; sometimes a suspected issue can be something very simple and quickly resolved.

If you have received a faulty product, have decided you don't want an unopened item, or require repair/ replacement under the item's warranty, you can send it back (in line with our Terms & Conditions). The easiest way to send an item back to us is to call us to request a returns form, fill it in and send back along with the item to return.

Any item that is returned as being faulty will be carefully inspected. If the product is in fact not faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their cost. Please contact us if you have any questions. There's no small print and we are here to help!
