You can find below our range of sizing charts on which our garments are based. These are designed to give you an idea of the fit of our items - but please note that some items are designed to be a tighter or looser fit than others (for example, a technical mountain-expedition jacket will be designed looser to fit required padded layering underneath) - so we give extra fit guidance on the individual product pages, as if the item is designed with extra space but you're not planning on layering, you may want to get a smaller size than normal!
The fourth generation of the SF Belay has taken Keela's bestselling insulated jacket and refined it with the cold weather warrior in mind. Utilising Primaloft Gold® insulated filling with a soft touch matrix inner lining, this insulated jacket can handle the harshest of environments.

- Foldaway storm hood with wired peak which provides full coverage and secure fit
- Shorter cut allowing unhindered leg movement and designed to sit above assault belts
- Large YKK storm covered front zip
- All pockets have internal lanyard loops and the top pockets an additional D ring
- Central external rank tab with hook panel
- 2-way YKK side zippers to allow easy donning and doffing and extra ventilation in extreme activities
- Contoured elbow pad allowing the insertion of internal joint protection
- Each sleeve has an accessible storm covered pocket along with a loop panel designed for the wearing of unit insignias and rank

Due to the EU-UK trade agreement, customs and duty may be payable on orders shipped from us in the UK to European & International destinations depending on order value and contents, any fees will be calculated upon import to your country.
All orders are shipped to arrive within the time frame estimated above after your order has been dispatched, however please note that this is not a guaranteed service and during unexpected circumstances delays can happen with the courier(s) - we can only apologise for any inconveniences caused. If you do see that your order is delayed by the courier please do make sure to get in touch and we will be more than happy to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you changed your mind:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you've had a change of heart, you can return unwanted items purchased through our online store within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and labels.
While we strive to offer competitive prices, we are unable to provide free returns. If you need to return a product due to its unsuitability, kindly email us on info@wildandmoor.co.uk for assistance with the straightforward return process and to receive a copy of our returns form.
Remember to pack your return securely to prevent damage, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the items reaching us, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Returning a Faulty Product:
Despite our thorough product checks, occasional faults may occur. If you encounter an issue, contact us at info@wildandmoor.co.uk promptly for swift assistance. We may request a photo or video of the problem to expedite resolution.
If the problem cannot be resolved, and it's within 30 days of purchase, we'll either exchange or refund your order.
After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is identified, we'll adhere to the terms outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by repairing or replacing the product.
Damaged Product On Arrival:
While we strive to dispatch products in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us at info@wildandmoor.co.uk within 24 hours.
