The Arc A604 PRO is packed with a range of features designed to enhance your observation work, including a built-in video recorder, multiple colour palettes, and even screen sharing through the Pixfra app.
A new addition to the Pixfra Arc range, the A604 PRO takes a different approach to the rest of the line-up. Rather than chasing maximum detection range, it's built around an exceptionally wide 102° (H) / 83° (V) field-of-view - the widest currently available on any thermal monocular. That wide-angle view is exactly why ecologists reach for this model over a narrower, higher-magnification monocular, as it lets you scan and track fast erratic activity across a broad area at close range, which is exactly what's needed for bat surveying, bird watching, and wildlife/ animal surveys. The Arc A604 PRO also offers continuous video recording in clips of up to 30 minutes - ideal for extended survey sessions.

Featuring a highly sensitive 640×512, 12μm thermal sensor with <18mK NETD sensitivity, this thermal imaging monocular pairs class-leading sensitivity with an ultra-wide-angle 4mm objective lens, giving a huge 102° (H) / 83° (V) field of view and a 200m detection range - keeping you well informed of activity across the whole scene, whether you're a professional ecologist carrying out surveys, an estate manager monitoring boundaries and woodland, or a hobbyist nature observer curious about nocturnal wildlife. The result is presented as a crisp, clear thermal image onto a full colour 1440×1080 OLED display.
A wider field of view always provides better observation and detection opportunities, letting you glean more informative results when reviewing recorded survey data - which is exactly why the Arc A604 PRO is built around the widest field of view in the Arc range rather than prioritising extra reach, making it ideal for bat surveys and close-range wildlife observation. A close focus distance of just 20mm and 0.4x-3.2x digital zoom also make it well suited to examining detail close up, such as nest sites.

The Arc A604 PRO features a replaceable, rechargeable 3,200mAh 18650 battery, offering up to 6 hours of runtime - and with the device powered via a standard 5V USB-C connection, it's easy to top up or run from a power bank between sessions.
Share the View
The Arc A604 PRO is designed to enhance the viewing experience during group observations, thanks to its ability to connect to four smart devices via the free Pixfra app - sharing its screen with up to four people near to the device, so when one person spots an object or animal of interest, all four members of the group can observe at the same time. The app is FREE to download for both Android and iOS.

Dispatch Information
We aim to dispatch all In Stock items within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Products marked as Pre-Order, Made to Order, or Backorder have extended lead times, which are clearly displayed on the relevant product pages.
PIN Code Service
For selected next day delivery and high value orders, we now use DPD’s secure PIN Code Service to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and securely.
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a unique delivery PIN Code by email and/or text from DPD. On the day of delivery, the driver will ask for this PIN and enter it into their scanner as confirmation, giving you complete confidence that your parcel will never be left unattended or handed to the wrong person.
To make sure you receive your PIN, please provide your current mobile number and email address at checkout — you or a trusted person will need to provide this code when the courier arrives.
Delays
We always aim to deliver within the estimated delivery times shown above. Occasionally, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier network issues, or peak seasonal demand.
Should a delay occur, tracking information will be updated by the courier where available.
Missing Items
In the unlikely event that a parcel goes missing, a replacement or refund will be issued once the courier has confirmed the loss and completed their missing item investigation process. If you believe that your parcel is missing, please contact us in writing using the email address you placed your order with and we will contact the courier to start an investigation.
Once the courier has confirmed that the parcel is missing, you will be required to sign a loss confirmation document which may be sent via post — this must be returned to the courier, once the signed document has been received and acknowledged by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Returning Unwanted Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’ve had a change of heart, you can return unwanted items purchased through our online store within 28 days of receiving your order.
Step 1: Check if you’re eligible
- Unwanted items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order
- Unwanted items must be in original unused condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Unfortunately returns outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted

- Download and print a copy of our Wild & Moor Returns Form
- Complete the returns form and include this with your parcel
- Please let us know in the returns form whether you’d like a refund or an exchange — if you’re requesting an exchange, please include which item(s) or size you’d like to swap to
- No printer? No problem — just write the required details on a piece of paper
Step 4: Send your return
- Package items securely to avoid damage
- Please send clothing back clean and free from odours, marks or pet hair (we love animals, but sadly we can't rehome their fur) — returns received in an unsaleable condition may be rejected
- Send your item(s) to our return address, we recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service
- While we strive to offer competitive prices and free delivery, return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Step 5: We process your refund or exchange
- We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your return
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, once processed refunds may take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your acccount
In a rush? If you’re exchanging for a different size or item, it’s often quicker to place a new order then simply return your unwanted item(s) for a refund. This guarantees you get the item you want without waiting for an exchange.
Returning a Faulty Product
Despite our thorough product checks, occasional faults may occur. If you encounter an issue, contact us at info@wildandmoor.co.uk promptly for swift assistance. We may request a photo or video of the problem to expedite resolution.
Where a product is returned, it will be tested and inspected to verify the reported fault. In many cases, issues may be resolved through firmware updates, resets, or by following troubleshooting steps outlined in the user manual.
If the problem cannot be resolved, and it's within 30 days of purchase, we'll either exchange or refund your order.
After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is identified, we'll adhere to the terms outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by repairing or replacing the product.
Free Gift
If your order included a 'free gift,' it must be returned along with your order if you are requesting a full refund for your complete order, however if the value of your retained items remains over the 'free gift' threshold, you may keep hold of the 'free gift'.
If you forgot to include the 'free gift' with your initial return, you may send it back to us and your refund will be processed upon receipt.
Damaged Product On Arrival
While we strive to dispatch products in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us at info@wildandmoor.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.
